3. Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
All trainers must meet the following minimum criteria:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Recognized professional certifications in Health, Safety & Environment (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) relevant to their area of teaching.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of practical field experience in the safety industry.
- Proven teaching or training experience (minimum 2 years).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering).
- Advanced certifications or specialized training in specific safety domains.
4. Recruitment and Selection Process
Our recruitment process ensures that only the most qualified trainers are selected:
- Application Review – Screening of qualifications, certifications, and experience.
- Interview – Assessment of subject knowledge, communication skills, and teaching philosophy.
- Demonstration Session – A mock training session to evaluate instructional ability and presentation skills.
