Health and Safety Officer:

- Investigate incidents and near misses
- Provide safety training and awareness programs
Trainers and Staff:
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Report any hazards or incidents to the Health and Safety Officer
- Ensure students are aware of safety protocols
Students:
- Comply with all health and safety instructions
- Use safety equipment as directed
- Report any concerns or incidents to staff
5. Key Safety Measures
We implement the following safety measures:
Fire Safety:
- Fire extinguishers installed at strategic locations
- Fire alarms and smoke detectors
- Regular fire drills
- Clearly marked fire exits
First Aid:
- First-aid kits in classrooms, labs, and reception
- Trained first-aiders on site
- Emergency contact numbers displayed prominently
Electrical Safety:
- Regular inspection of electrical installations
- Proper earthing and maintenance
- Awareness of electrical hazards
Emergency Preparedness:
- Evacuation plans

6. Risk Assessment

- Complete an Incident Report Form (available at reception).
