6. Assessments and Examinations

  • Students must appear for all assessments and examinations as scheduled.
  • Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unfair means will result in strict action as per our Academic Integrity Policy.
  • Examination results will be declared within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Students may appeal results as per our Learner Complaints & Appeals Policy.

7. Certification

  • Certificates are issued only to students who successfully meet all course requirements, including attendance, assessments, and fee payments.
  • Certificates are the property of the Academy and may not be reproduced or altered.
  • The Academy reserves the right to revoke certificates if issued in error or if academic misconduct is discovered.

8. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward trainers, staff, and fellow students. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior in class.
  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Use of unfair means during assessments.
  • Damage to academy property.
  • Violation of any academy policies.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the Academy.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, study resources, and content provided by the Academy are the intellectual property of International Prosafety Academy. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Academy provides training and certification services in good faith. However, we do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes.
  • The Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Students are responsible for their own actions and decisions made based on the training received.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least seven days before the course start date.
  • Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • No refunds are provided after the commencement of the course.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
