3. Enrollment and Registration
To enroll in any of our courses, students must complete the registration form available at our reception or on our website. Enrollment is confirmed only after the submission of required documents and payment of applicable course fees. Students are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. The academy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all documents submitted.
4. Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is mandatory for all students to ensure they derive maximum benefit from the training. Students are required to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to be eligible for examinations and certification. Absences due to medical emergencies or other genuine reasons must be supported by valid documentation. Students with insufficient attendance may be required to repeat the course or may be denied examination eligibility.
5. Assessments and Examinations
Students will be assessed through a combination of formative and summative assessments throughout the course. This includes quizzes, assignments, practical demonstrations, and end-of-course examinations. Detailed grading criteria and examination schedules are provided at the beginning of each course. All examinations are conducted in a fair and transparent manner, and any form of unfair means will result in strict action as per our Academic Integrity Policy.
6. Certification
Certificates are awarded only to students who successfully meet all course requirements, including attendance, assessments, and fee payments. Certificates are issued under the official seal of International Prosafety Academy and are recognized by industry partners. In case of any discrepancy, students may request a review through our Learner Complaints & Appeals Policy.
7. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward trainers, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited. Students are also expected to respect academy property and maintain a clean and safe environment. Violation of the code of conduct may lead to disciplinary action, including warning, suspension, or expulsion from the academy.
8. Student Support Services
We are committed to providing comprehensive support to our students throughout their learning journey. Our support services include academic guidance, doubt-clearing sessions, career counseling, and placement assistance. 9. Facilities and Resources
International Prosafety Academy provides modern and well-equipped facilities to enhance the learning experience. Our facilities include spacious and ventilated classrooms with audio-visual aids, practical demonstration labs with safety equipment and PPE, a dedicated library with reference materials and journals, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the campus. All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safety and functionality.
10. Fee Payment and Financial Policies
Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Receipts are issued for all payments received. For any fee-related queries, students may contact the accounts department.
11. Grievance Redressal and Appeals
If you have any complaints regarding training, services, or assessment decisions, we encourage you to first discuss the matter informally with your Course Coordinator. If the issue remains unresolved, you may submit a formal written complaint to the Quality Assurance Department. All complaints are handled promptly and confidentially. In case of dissatisfaction with assessment results, students have the right to appeal as per our Learner Complaints & Appeals Policy.
12. Health and Safety
Health and safety are our top priorities. Students are required to follow all safety instructions, use safety equipment during practical sessions, report any hazards or incidents immediately to staff, and cooperate during emergency drills. First-aid kits and trained first-aiders are available on campus. In case of any medical emergency, please contact the nearest staff member immediately.
13. Use of Academy Property
Students are expected to use academy property responsibly. Damage to equipment, furniture, or any other property will result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the student. Any unauthorized removal of academy property is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious offense.
14. Communication and Updates
All official communications, including course schedules, exam dates, result announcements, and policy updates, will be shared via email, SMS, or through our official website. Students are advised to regularly check their registered email and the academy notice board for important updates. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that their contact details are up to date.
15. Personal Belongings
Students are advised not to bring valuables to the academy premises. The academy is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. If any item is lost or found, please report it to the reception desk immediately.
16. Important Documents to Carry
On the first day of the course, students are required to bring the following documents for verification:
- Admission letter or enrollment confirmation.
- Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Passport).
- Passport-sized photographs (if not already submitted).
- All original educational certificates and experience documents (if required for the course).
17. Policy Review and Amendments
